The Reds

Leon Millot

Dry and bold, yet fruity wine with a supple nose. Made in a Tuscan style to rival any classic Chianti. Flavors complement well with tomato sauces, grilled chicken, sausage & peppers, figs or plums.

Marechal Foch

Dry and delicate, playful with a fruity kiss. This wine complements all pasta dishes nicely.

Rosario’s Private Reserve (A Premium Red Table Wine)

Opulent blend of our Marechal Foch, Leon Millot and Frontenac grapes. Big-boned with large tannin structure and hints of berry. Serve this wine with juicy burgers, barbecue, lamb or beef stew.

Classic Blend (A Premium Red Table Wine)

A special blend of our St. Vincent and Cabernet Franco grapes. A dream to the nose and palate, voluptuous and smooth. Excellent choice when paired with fresh grilled tuna and salmon, baked ham, roast pork or toasted brie.

Vino Di Poppi (A Premium Red Table Wine)

Quadruple blend of our Marechal Foch, Leon Millot, St. Vincent and Frontenac grapes, balanced to perfection, medium bodied. Earnest and dense. You’ll love this wine with pizza, lasagna and cheeses.

Frontenac

Deep and dark with rich berry undertones, a grand body. Warm and sexy, like poetry in a bottle. A taste to die for when paired with prime rib and steaks.

St. Vincent

Dry, focused, deep crimson color with firm tannins. A wine that you can expect to pleasantly soften with age. Love this wine with any rich meal of beef or pork.

Zinfandel

Our only import, grapes from California with hints of currants and raisins. Exuberant body, exotic, yet highly adaptable. A great combination with turkey, teriyaki, nachos or blue cheese.

The Whites

Charcato—Our first Chardonnay / Muscato Blend

All the characteristics of a Chardonnay combined with the mellow sweetness of Muscato, allows for a great pairing with many entrees and desserts.
